In DISEC, we will discuss the issue of the weaponization of artificial intelligence and how it poses threats to international security, as well as solutions that can effectively regulate the presence of AI in warfare. Delegates will discuss how, through collaborative efforts, better control of these weapons of mass destruction can be implemented.

My name is Linda and I’m a senior at Arcadia high school. During my free time, I enjoy oil painting, playing the cello, and playing tennis. I look forward to seeing all of you guys work together, and I can’t wait to serve as your Head Chair of DISEC!

Hello Delegates, my name is Ian Ycasas I serve as Vice Chair of 1st DISEC for SGVMUNIII! I am currently a junior at San Marino High School and for three years, I have competed in my school’s team, where I serve as Vice President for. In addition to MUN, I am also a bass section leader and student conductor for my school’s Chamber Singers, Vice President of my school’s Key Club, an aspiring Eagle Scout, an attorney for my Mock Trial team, and much more. Outside of work, I also enjoy doing musical theatre, building legos, and going to theme parks. Every MUN conference has shaped my abilities as a leader and I hope you all have that same experience in this conference.
